She graduated in Genoa with a first-class degree, special mention and recommendation for publication in 1986.

She was awarded the “Premio Regionale Liguria 2007” for excellence in the profession. She serves as lawyer, with offices in Milan, Rome and Bruxelles, and has a strong expertise in business, banking, securities and sport law; she deals with legal arguments, special prosecutions with Authorities and arbitrations. She is a member of the Editorial Committee of  “Rivista delle Società” and of the Scientific Committee of AIDAF “Associazione delle Aziende Familiari” and “NedCommunity Non executive Directors Community”.

She is Advisory Board of the Governance Department of Key2People . Consultant for Commissions of Senate and Chamber of Deputies for legislative reforms concerning civil, business, corporate and sport law.
