He graduated from Bocconi University and is now on the Pubblic Register of Accountants and Auditors of Milan. He has been practising his profession since 1964 in the following areas: taxes, administration and finance.

He is a director and statutory auditor for many Italian and foreign companies operating in industry, publishing, real estate, finance and services.
