He has been working as an accountant and auditor since 1974. He also hold several positions in some quoted companies on the Italian Stock Exchange, such as Montedison S.p.a and Gaic S.p.a (Holding controlling La Fondiaria Assicurazioni), and in unquoted companies of several Groups like I.B.M., Gavio, Coin, Mondadori, Doris, B.S.N. - Gervais Danone.

He is a founder of the Board of Law and Economics of Assolombarda and author of many publications concerning corporate and legal taxation, including “Adempimenti e verifiche del collegio sindacale”, and Il Sole 24 Ore.
