The Branca family has guaranteed for the continuity of an essential core of values and rules, rooted in the corporate culture, that have characterized the group management for over 160 years. According to the national and international best practice as regards corporate governance,  the Branca group has adopted an Ethical Code, code of conduct, that originates from a meditated corporate decision shared by the management and the owners.

Approved by the Board of Directors of Branca International S.p.A. on March 30, 2006, the Ethical Code defines the inspiring principles of the Branca group for daily activities and the achievement of aims. The Vigilance Committee, that was established in 2006, monitors practise and the compliance with the Ethical Code model by stakeholders. The code aims at reasserting the binding principles of legality, probity, equity, loyalty and professional severity for all those serving the group, both in internal and external relationships. The corporate environmental policy also revolves around these behavioural principles.
