Fernet-Branca has maintained its personality and originality since its creation in 1845. The secret formula, handed down from generation to generation, includes 27 herbs, spices, and roots found across four continents. Rhubarb from China, Genziana from France, Galanga from India and Sri Lanka, Camomilla from Europe and Argentina, to name a few. Fernet-Branca is a journey of knowledge through places, scents, and flavors. Those who choose it are aware of its strong and intense taste, but above all, its uniqueness. First, the herbs, spices, and roots are processed into alcoholic infusions, extracts, or essences. After a year of resting in oak barrels, the mixture evolves and refines its aromatic components and the production process is complete. This long journey gives Fernet-Branca its “inimitable” flavor.

Enjoying Stravecchio Branca calls for a break, a second of reflection. This signature distillate has a warm and enveloping taste with complex woody notes of dried fruit. The secret? Fratelli Branca’s ability to take care of a product that reflects the knowledge of those who have produced it for over a hundred years.
Its taste and aroma remain unchanged thanks to the secret placed in the oak mother barrel. One of the most delicate phases of production, the amalgamation of different spirits are aged for a minimum of three and up to ten years.
Inside the Botte Madre (a wooden barrel kept in the Milan plant, one of the largest and oldest in Europe, is a symbol of the centuries-old tradition of the Branca Distilleries) there is a third of the amalgam, a peculiarity that has given life to the unique bouquet of Stravecchio Branca since 1888.
Comes from the balanced mixture of spirits obtained from the distillation of fine Italian wines and left to rest in oak barrels first and then in the so-called “Mother Barrel”. This second phase is decisive and all the components are slowly enriched and harmonized, revealing a complex and balanced personality. It is at this point that spirits aged up to 20 years are added to achieve an elegant, intense and satisfying profile with a particular aromatic nose.
The Italian Vemouth par excellence, sweet and with a slight vanilla aroma, was created by Antonio Benedetto Carpano, the inventor of the Vermouth, in 1786 in Turin. Its original and distinctive recipe remain intact today thanks to Fratelli Branca Distilleries commitment to making sure the recipe goes unchanged over time. This “nectar of the gods” is characterized by a unique bouquet of mountain herbs and spices. The recipe includes unmistakable vanilla notes, prized saffron, citrus fruits, dried raisins and cloves. Its unmistakable taste and rich, structured, body has a bright amaranth color and amber veins. Antica Formula is produced in limited quantities and packaged in fine blown glass bottles. The label is a reproduction of the original label designed in 1786.

CARPANO CLASSICO (CARPANO ROSSO IN ARGENTINA)
Carpano classico was born in the 1900s and is a take on classic Italian Vermouth with the Carpano character. Firm, with hints of citrus, its bittersweet taste is perfectly balanced, thanks to fresh bitter orange peels and burnt sugar, giving it its particular amber color. Carpano Classico remains true to its original recipe, with its spicy and citrusy notes harmonizing and complementing each other with aromas derived from wormwood. This makes this classic, balanced, Vermouth perfect for mixing. With an amber red color and topaz veins, it is strong, warm, and rich in cardamom, honey, and cinnamon botanical notes. When you first taste Carpano Classico, the initial taste is sweet and fortified, later it evolves to spicy and vinous notes, ending with a lingering citrus finish.

Punt e Mes is a product with a legendary history. The story goes that it was born one day in 1870 in the Carpano workshop, when a man in the throes of an intense conversation ordered vermouth with a half dose of Cinchona, using the expression “Punt e Mes.” The new cocktail began being ordered using a gesture: lifting the thumb (a Punt) and then drawing a horizontal line in the air (Mes) with the outstretched hand. Punt e Mes is a vermouth known throughout the world for its ability to balance intriguing citrus notes typical of Carpano, the bitterness of bark from the cinchona tree, and absinthe. Punt e Mes is known for its dark red color and vermilion colored veins. Its scent includes the aromas of the Porto wine of Portugal, aromatic herbs, soft caramel, and cloves.

Sambuca Borghetti is born from a meticulous selection of Chinese star anise flowers. Every petal of the flowers on the star-shaped star anise plant encloses a precious seed, like a jewel in a casket. When flowering, the buds are white, then ripen and become slightly woody. The plants first flowering takes a full five years. During this long process, they refine and develop their classic delicacy. The name, “Sambuca Borghetti Oro,” and its elegant golden bottle, underline the uniqueness, preciousness, and perfection of the flower.

Sernova is a unique product, right from its name, which comes from a merger of “Novare Serbando”, the motto of the Fratelli Branca distilleries (Innovating within Tradition). It is a sophisticated and delicate vodka, a high quality product made in Italian style, the fruit of Branca’s wisdom and passion. The production process – which, in Italy, is made from locally-grown wheat – consists of a succession of distillation and filtration phases, during which the vodka is refined and perfected. To guarantee a neutral and pure product, Sernova is also filtered with black diamonds, a unique case in the Argentine market.
The name Magnamater, which means the “great mother”, conjures up the “Mother Barrel”, a symbol of the century-old tradition of the Branca distilleries, the wooden barrel kept in the Milan plant, one of the biggest and oldest in Europe, which hosts one of the most important stages in the production process. An impressive name that underlines the excellence and exclusive nature of the distillate, the result of a unique process inspired by experience and refinement. The brandy, distilled from selected wines from all over Italy, is left to rest in oak barrels, where it refines with the help of the substances released by the wood and oxygenation. The selection of 7 fine brandies, the oldest of which is aged for 27 years, produces a unique and excellent formula. The subsequent passage in the Mother Barrel allows the aroma and flavour of the spirits to blend together, amalgamating and balancing the characteristics of the blend. The black frosted glass bottle has gold scratches on the label, giving an impression of great sophistication and exclusiveness. Each bottle is numbered and enclosed inside a prestigious packaging with graphics that recall the magnificence of the Mother Barrel. The Branca family coat of arms embossed in the lid and in the details of the seal represent the value of tradition.
Chianti Classico is a highly aromatic wine with a lively and fragrant fruitiness, a powerful warm taste and a good structure. It is the result of the combination of Sangiovese grapes with the addition of other black grape varieties. Chianti Classico Riserva, the result of prolonged aging in wood and subsequent refinement in the bottle, is characterised by an intense red colour with garnet reflections, a persistent bouquet, a lively and fragrant fruity taste. It has a harmonic flavour and a remarkable structure.
