The personal data processed are your personal data (personal data and contact details, essential to reply to your request) and any other optional information contained in the motivation indicated to justify the request for the FBDI Environmental Declaration.

The data is processed by FBDI to allow you the use of a service requested by you, i.e. the receipt by email of the declaration indicated above.

The data may be communicated to authorized employees of FBDI and to specially appointed external Data Processors and, in compliance with the legal conditions, by independent Data Controllers, whose list of names and contact details is available upon request.

The data will be processed, also with IT and telematic tools, and stored for the time necessary to process your request and in any case no later than 6 months from their registration, and will subsequently be deleted.

In the cases provided for in art. 15 and following of EU Regulation n. 679/2016, you have the right to ask the Data Controller for access to personal data and the rectification or cancellation of the same or the limitation of the processing of such data or to oppose the processing, as well as the right to data portability.
